Checks and Balnaces
The checks and balances is what balance our three branches of government. This keeps all of the branches under control and not going farther or making laws that are un-Constitutional. I liked learning about this system because I thought the branches just made laws and that was that. To learn that the system of checks and balances made sure the laws are truly Constitutional and that way no one can ever feel cheated out of their opinions.

I like that you chose a topic from class, but I need you to apply the topic in the future. I think that you are not really getting at the heart of what this term means and without seeing you apply it I am not sure how this is part of a larger discussion.
